Dr. Jennifer Saltzman, a Colorado native, graduated from Colorado College with a degree in Neuroscience. She received her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from Tufts School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Lutheran Medical Center in New York City. Lutheran Medical Center is a Level I trauma center which helped her train extensively in trauma cases and extractions.
Dr. Saltzman received her Endodontics Certificate at Lutheran Medical Center as well, where she was honored to serve as chief resident her senior year. During her time in residency, she completed research on the sterility of many of the dental products utilized during root canal therapy.
After residency, Dr. Saltzman joined New York City Endodontics. During her time at that practice, she along with her colleagues, published an article pertaining to calcified canals in The Journal of the American Dental Association. Dr. Saltzman prides herself in staying current in the latest Endodontic technologies to provide the best care for the patient. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists, and the Northeastern Gnathological Society.
Dr. Saltzman and her husband Jason are both lovers of all things outdoors. She is an avid snowboarder and loves the beauty of a fresh snow; however, she also believes Colorado is just as glorious in the summertime on a hike with her two dogs Malcolm and Violet.
